Theory-of-the-Day

Guess what, I attended the COMPULSORY Basic Theory lesson even though I passed it 3 years ago. Oh well. Money not so well spent..! Went for training in the evening. Training started very badly.. Wanted to walk out of the range, scream and then come back. Of course I didn't do that. Surprisingly, it ended rather well. Finally found the feeling/state again.

Suffered insomnia! Been a while since that happened! I finally headed to bed around 5am.
