Celebration-of-the-Day
We visited St Lawrence Market today! They have great European food (all types of cheese, caviar, olives, etc)! We ate some European food for lunch (beef and rice wrapped with cabbage; vegetable soup).
After school, we headed to the Art Gallery of Ontario to view sculptures, paintings, drawings and interactive art!
In the evening, we headed to New College Residences to celebrate National Day (it's 8 August here but 9 August Singapore time). The food our Malay friends cooked was great! We had nasi goreng with belachan (so long haven't eat this), mushroom soup, corned beef with fried potatoes, spaghetti, doughnuts and grapes!!! Today feels like racial harmony day sia. I'm a little bit (ok, a lot of bit) hyper today! Kept singing National Day songs and when exhausted, I started singing Stephanie Sun's song and some other CHINESE songs. Haha. Ok. Enough Jaime.
