Evening-of-the-Day
In the evening, rZ and I went to Junction 8. We spent the time talking (as usual). Today, we went to Coffee Bean - just like old times.
rZ: Take care of that ankle!
For sprained ankles, use RICE:
- Rest
- Ice
- Compress
- Elevate
