Insomnia-of-the-Day

Types of Insomnia:
  • Transient (less than a week) - Due to jet-lag, shift work, examination, hospitalisation, etc
  • Short-term (1 to 4 weeks) - Due to family or work stress
  • Chronic (more than a month)
Treatment:
  • Sleep Hygiene
  • Medication
  • Relaxation therapy
