Trivia-of-the-Day
It's not part of the syllabus but anyway...
How is cotton candy made?
- Sugar is heated until it melts
- As the head of the machine spins, liquid sugar is forced through tiny holes
- The thin threads of sugar cool and re-solidify when they come into contact with air
- COTTON CANDY!
Ok, this is part of the syllabus.. Not that it matters to you!
Alcohol can damage your liver which metabolizes insulin.. This increases your plasma levels of insulin.. then YOU BECOME FAT (lazy to explain the entire mechanism.. Basically, STOP ALCOHOLISM).
