Ate at Cafe Brio's (Grand Copthorne) with XY and HJ this afternoon. Watched "Get Smart". Damn funny movie.

On soft-shell crab...
The entire crustacean is eaten. The soft-shell is a result of catching and cooking crabs soon after the creature molts its hard shell. The crab molts its hard shell when grow out of their shell, i.e. they grow larger but their shells cannot expand. As such, the hard shell is molted, leaving a soft covering the crab. This period lasts for a few days and should be eaten within 4 days of molting.
